• Rate is calculated based on berth size rented.  Vessels must fit within the boundaries of the berth.  Vessel length overall (LOA) is used and must include davits, bow sprits, duck boards etc. 
• A vessel insurance “Certificate of Currency” must be provided prior to arrival.
• Payment is due upon arrival (or prior to arrival if paying by bank transfer).  We accept Visa and Mastercard (1.5% surcharge applies), EFTPOS, cash and bank transfer.
• During peak season (1 December – 31 January) a minimum 2 week booking is required, with no refunds for early departures.  Prepayment may be required.
• Berthing rates do not include live aboard charges, only the daily rate is inclusive of live aboard charges.
• Rates include power, water, rubbish disposal and the use of the amenities.
• Pets are only permitted with permission of the Marina Manager.
• Boats and any other items stored at the Marina are at the owners risk.  Mooloolaba Marina will not accept any responsibility for theft or damage.  Please remove all valuables for their safety.
• Departure time is 12:00 noon unless prior arrangements are made with the Marina office.
• All security access fob keys are to be returned to the Marina Office or any drop box prior to departure.  Keys not returned or lost will incur a $50.00 charge.

Rates effective from 1st July 2024

• Please note, if you are paying the daily berthing rate, your live aboard fee is already included.
• A maximum allowable stay of 4 months at any one time is permitted only.  Conditions apply.
• Liveaboard rates include up to 4 people.  Additional people POA.
• Permission to live aboard is on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Marina Manager.

• Length overall includes the trailer.  Trailered boats up to 8.5m max length overall accepted.
• A $50 refundable key deposit is payable upon check-in (or prior to arrival if paying by bank transfer) and refunded upon return of the key.

• Please refer to our Marina Rules (below) for Insurance requirements.  The Marina requires a copy of your vessel’s insurance policy “certificate of currency”, as well as your vessel registration number and trailer registration number.
